2023 PANAM YOUTH CHESS FESTIVAL IN CHICAGO

 

 

 

A Jamaican delegation of 11 persons participated in the 2023 panam youth Festival in Chicago state date.

The delegation was headed by IM Jomo Pitterson and included coaches FM Elliott and 10-time women’s champion Deborah richards Porter.

The Pan-Ams have six age categories for Open and Girls sections: under-18, under-16, under-14, under-12, under-10, and under-8.

The tournament was held , from August 11 – 18, 2023 and took place in Chicago, Illinois, USA..
